CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS 
Have you had a change of heart with your shopping cart? Not to brag, but we’re almost certain you will love your product and it will love you back. However, we will humbly accept your return if you decide to not open and use your goodies. We will accept returns and exchanges for sealed, unused products that are in re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.  
Please email your return request to support@powerflour.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods with photo evidence for verification. If we accept your return request, we will provide you with a ‘return of goods’ form to complete and the address for the return of your unopened product(s) to our head office. Returned product(s) must be received within 14 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice/order confirmation/completed returns form. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost, and we also recommend purchasing tracking for your return shipping via Registered Post to insure your parcel against any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Power Flour will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
 
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact support@powerflour.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Please provide photo evidence so we can assess the damage and provide a refund or exchange if required. We understand it can be frustrating when this happens, and we thank you for your patience and cooperation with organising a faulty free replacement.
 
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS 
All items marked as sale, free gifts or promotional items with retail value will not be refundable.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Power Flour reserves the rights to amend this Refunds & Returns Policy at any given time.
